Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting (“Meeting”) will be held at Eccles Town Hall, Church Street, Eccles M30 0LH on 12^th October 2026 at 12.00pm to receive the annual accounts for the previous financial year, a report on the Company’s performance in the previous year, and forward plans for the current and next year, and to consider, and if thought fit, pass the following resolution as an Ordinary Resolution:
