Greater Manchester Bereavement Service are launching a series of pop up events at House of Books & Friends CIC, a Manchester City Centre venue we have previously used for our events & workshops.
This month we hosted our first in person AGM since 2019. As well as making plans for our future, it gave us an opportunity to reflect on the past twelve months and our performance. All members of staff who have a permanent contract of employment with Six Degrees and have completed an application are eligible to become a staff shareholder. Volunteers and independent professional carers cannot be a shareholder but may be eligible for community membership. To find out more
Our recent away day reminded us what was great about being part of a team.:) We explored what we enjoyed about working at Six Degrees, with each team member reflecting on their time spent working with us and what elements were most valued. On 9 May we closed the doors of our old premises at Southwood House for the last time. Following our relocation (and the emptying of many forgotten cupboards!) we opened the doors at our new location at 2 City Approach. We are thrilled with our new home and enjoying the comfort of being back together,
